Problem Cause Solution
Your vehicle running at lower speed a. Battery may not be fully charged
b. Brakes are too tight

c.Load on bike is more than specified
d. Steep riding

e.Strong wind from opposite direction
f.Low tyre air pressure

g.Fitment of rear tyre in reverse direction.
a. Fully recharge the battery
b. Adjust the brakes and examine the free movement of the wheels
c. Unload the excess load on the bike
d. Wait for the level road to get its actual speed
e. Wait for better weather conditions
f. Maintain required air in both the pressure tyres
g. Fit the tyre as per the indication given on tyre.
Vehicle not starting a. Start key is not turned on
b. Battery might be fully discharged and not properly recharged during previous charging
c. MCB tripped

d.
Brake might be applied unknowingly
e. Charger may be faulty and not charging the battery to the full



f. Controller/Motor/Throttle not
functioning
a. Turn on the start key
b. Fully recharge the battery


c.
Reset MCB. Contact Service Station if the problem persists
d. Free the brake lever
e. Plug the charger into power socket properly and check any loose connection. If problem still persists contact service station

f.
Contact service station
Driving range per charge is less
than normal
a. Battery might not be fully recharged
b. More than specified weight loaded
c. Tyres might be under-inflated

d. Frequent stop and start

e. Charger may be faulty & not charging the battery to the full
a. Fully recharge the battery
b. Load bike upto the specified weight
c. Maintain required air pressure in both the tyres

d. Try to maintain constant speed as far as possible.
e. Plug the charger into power socket properly and check any loose connection. If problem still persists contact service station
Battery not charging fully a. Charger may be faulty & not charging the battery to the full


b.Battery might be defective
c. Connections might be loose in the battery and charger

d.
MCB tripped
a. Plug the charger into power socket properly and check any loose connection. If problem still persists contact service station
b. Contact service station
c. Check the battery connections

d.Reset MCB. Contact Service Station if the problem persists
Head Lamp/ Tail Lamp/Side
Lamps/ Other Electrical
components not glowing
or malfunctioning
a. Bulbs might have fused
b. Improper contacts in connector sockets or wiring discontinuity
c. Converter might not be working

d. Switch might not be working

e. Bulb holder and connectors loose
a. Replace the bulb
b. Check that the sockets are properly connected and loose wiring reconnected
c. Converter, if found faulty, needs to be replaced. Contact your Service Station
d. Switch, if found faulty, needs to be replaced. Contact your Service Station.
e. Check and if required replace.
